  : Only 3 pillows for 4 people. Cockroach in the dishwasher. Appears to be more like a homeless shelter than a hotel.

  : When we walked to the hotel. There were roaches crawling on the floor so disgusting. My kids were scared and cried when their first time seeing those nasty bugs. The room is so stink of mold and weeds.

  : The room/place was disgusting!! There is a hole in the floor covered with carpet. The place smelled like someone was smoking pot. There was a dog barking in the next room over like all night. AC didn’t work good at all. If I could give this hotel a negative 10 I would.

  : The last interaction that I had with the manager on 7/22 was the only thing that was acceptable during our stay. After our various issues with our room and customer experience, i spoke to the manager at check out and explained everything, she did apologize for the service and did offer to refund 1/2 of our stay. I did not ask for full as we did utilize the room although it was uncomfortable because my 15 yr old had to sleep on top of couch (see what I didnt like below) and on a queen bed, there was me husband and my 19 yr old son sleeping.
  : When I checked in at 3 (or around) I let the front desk know that we needed bed linens because I had my two sons that would be sleeping on pull out bed, they let me know they didnt have any and they would get them up to me, Over a little of an hour later still no linens but we had to leave to attend an event in downtown Tampa.We arrived at our hotel at or around 2 am. Go up to our room to find no bed linens. but before we went to our room we were going to ask the front desk but no one was avail but a sign saying they were helping someone else. after finding no bed linens, AND my son had attempted to pull out the bed from the couch, we immediately found various stains on the bed, we didnt even bother pulling it all the way out. I walked back downstairs still no attendent between both times I waited about 30 mins still no one but the sign said to use the house phone and call 0000. Go back to room, to find the room phone has no cord. I call from my phone and the phone rings continously no answer. I then ended up calling the reservation line explaining everything. they called the hotel and got ahold of the attendant and they said she would bring linens. I kept the reservation person on the phone as I walked back to the desk and when I confirmed she was there I got off phone. I let the attendant know that I was the one that needed linens, she goes oh room ### no ma'am my room is ###. oh well i'll get the linens she stated. she comes back with no blankets, 2 flat and 1 fitted sheet explains that they dont have blankets. I also explained to her that the condition of the bed was not fit for ANYONE to sleep in and it was disquisting. And because of this my two 15 and 19 yr old sons would have to somehow figure out how to sleep on top of a couch without blankets. She did "offer" to switch us rooms, in which I explained that by this time it was almost 3 am, questionable people were walking all throughout the hall and that wasn't an option.
