  : Honestly, nothing other than the price. But once we checked in we quickly realized why it was so cheap.
  : When we arrived we were notified the room we booked was not available so they had to split us up. Everything in the rooms was wet/damp and moldy smelling. Upon entering the room the smell of mildew was overwhelming. We had to change rooms 3 times before we found one we could actually sleep in. The beds and sheets were all wet. At 2am we didn’t have many other options other than to try to get some sleep after an 8 hour drive. The front desk attendant was making jokes about the situation. Not sure if they had a sprinkler malfunction or what but if you have lung or health issues, do not select this hotel.

  : My room flooded when it rained and they didn’t have another room available almost slipped because the water kept coming up from the wood planks

  : Great location. Very nice breakfast. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful besides one lady at the front desk. Room was nice and quiet with good sound insulation.
  : Our room was dirty. Smashed cockroach on one wall. Dirt and grime in all the corners and along the walls and beds. Sticky dirty spots all over the carpet. Our room was never cleaned and we stayed for 5 days. The pool was nice, but needed to be cleaned. The air conditioner leaked water all over the floor

  : Your supervisor and manager are really bad when it comes down talking to the customers you give them complain about the rooms. They got a stupid answer. This one number one issue you guys having that building people complain about the place.

  : Over all it was not good. The pictures are a lie. Room was nasty smelled so bad in there and the wall ac sound like it was going to explode and it said no smoking and it smelled like weed and smoked in there. Asked for towels and could not get a clean towel. And the elevator was expired too like not up to date on service.

  : There were no towels in our room when we went to ask at Recife towels they said they didn’t have any and was waiting for house keeping to wash them so hence we couldn’t shower never experienced that at a hotel before
