Disappointing

  : The location
  : To start of the white towels were stained yellow. The sofa was extremely dirty. We had to put covers over it to make it sleepable. The bottom of the bed was white because of how dirty it was. The bathroom floor and tub were stained yellow as well, and the curtain has mold starting to grow on the bottom. The bed sheets were stained as well, and the room smelled moist. The curtains didn't fit the window, so you could see inside our room from an angle. For the price I paid for, it was not worth what I received it was extremely overpriced for what we received. I regret not taking any pictures to show how filthy it was. Once you walked into the room, you could feel how dirty it was. The TV never worked rest room was filthy. One of my kids got 3 bites on his legend one on his arm, and they look like bed bugs.

  : The rooms were terrible one of our rooms had a broken window with tape on it one room had wallpaper hanging down towel rack broke the air took forever to work in all three rooms they didnt open the office at 7 am for breakfast got there at 7:20 still wasnt open rooms wasnt that clean the bedding smelled terrible in all rooms

  : The pool was too small and there was only one ice machine and it was in the lobby I stayed on the 4th floor and the elevator was so slow.
