  : Nice and secluded, quiet with very little noise from neighbors. Hosts responded to request for help concerning TV operation promptly.
  : Access up the hill was difficult when wet. I saw one car have to back up the hill to their cabin. Don't know what fix there could be, but it was the main detriment. Very little view to enjoy, trees tall and blocking, but again. I don't know if that's improvable. Not the cabins issue, but I planned this 6 months in advance and Cades Cove decided to close for the month a couple of weeks prior to our arrival. Ruined most of our plans, was the whole point in staying in Townsend.

  : The chalet was cozy and cute. Very convenient to all the attractions. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels. We had everything we needed for our stay.
  : There wasn’t any hot water for the kitchen sink. The shower(mist) wasn’t adequate for showering. It was either burning hot, or freezing cold.
