  : I didn't like the rooms being tremendously dirty. I booked the room for 6 days. The charge was way more than what it was worth. They got me in a room that had no LCD TV so I got them to switch me rooms. These rooms are disgustingly dirty. I had to purchase my own cleaning products. I bought bleach, a steam mop, and rubbing alcohol. The beds had no comforter. The sheets were stained, and the microwave didn't work.. I informed the staff of this problem but they failed to fix it.

  : One of the major issues I encountered at the Minsk Hotel was the alarming presence of drug dealers and prostitution within the premises. This created an unsafe and uncomfortable environment for guests, making it impossible to relax or feel secure during my stay. Additionally, the management's lack of professionalism and their unjust treatment towards me, such as reprimanding & writing me up for a situation for extending kindness to a distressed young girl, only added to the overall negative experience. These factors, along with the rude behavior of the manager, made it abundantly clear that this hotel lacked the basic standards necessary for a pleasant stay. I was so scared when I realized I had to purchase another night considering my transitional stage of moving being set back a day. This added stress and inconvenience, coupled with the unfavorable environment at the hotel, made the situation even more challenging. It is disheartening that the Minsk Hotel did not provide a more suitable solution or accommodation given the circumstances. I sincerely hope that in future endeavors, I can find a more understanding and accommodating place to stay during transitional periods.
  : I strongly believe that the reason I was unfairly written up by the management at the Minsk Hotel was primarily due to their fear of me exposing the true nature of their establishment. It was evident that they wanted to silence any potential complaints or negative reviews regarding the rampant drug activity and prostitution happening on their premises. Instead of addressing these concerning issues and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all guests, they chose to target me, a concerned customer who had witnessed these illicit activities. This further confirms the lack of accountability or disregard for guest satisfaction at the Minsk Hotel.Having recorded videos of the Minx Hotel with my phone, I have undeniable proof of the deplorable conditions and negative experiences I endured during my stay. These videos capture the illicit activities, unprofessional behavior, and overall poor quality of the hotel. If the hotel refuses to refund my money and rectify the situation, I am left with no choice but to take further action. I am prepared to share these videos on social media to expose the truth and hold the hotel accountable for their actions. Additionally, I am willing to seek legal counsel and press charges if necessary to ensure justice is served.
