: Staff was welcoming. Room was very clean and brand new.
: The location is surrounded by several homeless people and doesn’t feel very safe to walk in.

: the manager was very rude, I didn't have towels in my room when I got there, when I asked the lady that was cleaning the rooms for towels, she stuck her finger in my face and said next time if I knock on the door, you better answer it if you want towels. I told her I had just arrived and there were no towels she told me she didn't give a "f" and I went to the manager whom she is apparently related to, because he acted just as bad as she did. each night someone was sleeping in the floor outside of the room. They were smoking marijuana in the rooms next door, and very loud. the manager would bang on my door every morning at 0800 saying I needed to leave the room so that they could clean. THIS is a WEIRD HOTEL. I insisted on my deposit back due to such a bad experience.
: there was no resting at this hotel. I have never met such a unprofessional group of customer service lol, not recommended!

: The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean, and you could tell it had been remodeled. It was quiet. The bedding was nice.
: The staff were too into everyone personal business, who checked in and were not good at room service. I called and asked room service to have 2 more pillows. (we like firm pillows and there pillows where too flat for us) 3 more towels brought to my room. They proceeded to question me. They wanted to know how many people were in my room (It was only me and my husband) and wanted to know why I needed them. Then they told ME to come to the front desk and get them MYSELF if I really needed them. I did not like the location at all. There were too many homeless people walking around the neighborhood and walking in the parking lot around the vehicles. Also, after you book your room and show up, they charge you another $40 deposit to stay in the room . Which they dont tell you till you show up to check in. They tell you it is for damages if you damage the room. My husband and I don't smoke, so we booked a non-smoking room. So they proceed to tell you it's also for air damage if you really smoke in the room and tell them you don't. When we check out the next morning. When you check out, they tell you again. They will return your deposit upon a good room inspection, and if we really did not smoke in that room overnight.

: Convenient and staff was friendly
: Left early in the morning and someone came out of the bushes running towards my car. I barely got my trunk shut and in the car when the man was at my window. This is why I didn’t stay the trip home
