  : Location was the closest we could find to a family reunion we attended in Washington.
  : Per Booking.com, this property allows pets at no extra charge. Upon arrival and check in we were informed our pet is not welcome unless it was a service animal, period! Corporate policy. The front desk girl told us we’d have to come back in the morning to request a refund after she had immediately swiped our credit card. She was anything but helpful. I found a pet friendly property down the road, and the next day they did provide my refund. It was extremely inconvenient with my pet and stressful for my disabled veteran husband. Won’t be back to any of these properties!

  : It looked good on the outside and the lobby.
  : The carpet was dirty and I reserved a room with two queen beds which they didn’t have when I checked in. They did put me in a room with a pull out sofa but had to call down 4 times to get sheets and even then, they said they didn’t have covers. So weird. The breakfast was questionable. Juice machine not working and pancake machine was shotty. People above us were stomping around and it kept me awake. Not the hotels fault but walls must be thin to have heard this. Staff were… strange. The front desk person seemed very off. I would almost say medicated but she was pregnant so I really hope not. The other staff member was young and was obviously training. Every time I asked a question, she would disappear in the back for a few minutes. Just a strange interaction.

  : The room was comfortable. Overall decent for the price.
  : Potholes on the roads. The elevator was outdated and dirty. The carpet looked like it could be cleaned better but I believe it should be replaced.

  : Dried dog poop on floor in front of elevator for our entire stayPull out sofa had no linens and when I went down stairs at 10pm to ask for some, was given a flat sheet by staff. When I asked for a blanket and pillow she said there were none left in hotel. Refrigerator didn’t work so the cold stuff I bought from target went bad. AC was terrible. Whole hotel smelled gross

  : This hotel is definitely not fully upgraded. Our room had broken tiles & unfinished portions of walls. The staff was our stay?s saving grace.

  : One of the staff on the front desk was so aggressive and impolite and refused to give a receipt during checking out, I told him that since 15 years I made my reservations through booking.com and getting receipt when leaving but he was insisting in a very impolite way that our hotel don't give it. The hotel walls are not insulated from the adjacent rooms , even if the others talk normally the voice of the others is in your room. The fitted carpet is so dirty. The bed Sheets were not changed after been used by the previous customer. The breakfast was poor in a funny way. At the end I left 2 days before the proposed date.
