  : The location is wonderful and the pool is great. Makes up for the other issues.
  : Itty bitty bathroom, kitchenette was missing a lot of pans. First floor rooms need curtains to stop headlights in your room while you sleep. The shower water stunk and I never felt clean. The bed was rock hard and hurt our backs.

  : We absolutely loved being a few steps to their private beach (close to Venice Beach yet not as crowded). It was a peaceful stay and the studio we were at #49 was just right for us - it has an efficiency small kitchen with everything you could need to cook breakfast, lunch or even dinner. They provided the first toilet papers & paper towels & even dish soap; plus clean & fresh towels.Our only complaint was, the price was a little high for that small studio. They told us that it was their peak season that's why.... April 2021, and the pool was not heated.... so it was still cold to me and I could not get in the water.We enjoyed our stay though and we will definitely come back when it is not peak season.
  : They charged me twice on my credit card, without telling me. I had to call Booking.com and resolve this issue.They did refund me the overcharge after a couple days! It was just a minor inconvenience and an honest error on the hotel's part.
