  : The staff was friendly and helpful and tried their best despite the unforgivable circumstances they were dealt.
  : The a/c, water, AND elevators went down while we were there in 3 days. It was not the fault of the staff and out of their control, but having brought two kids it was a nightmare having to plan when to use water in the morning, how to keep cool overnight, and walking the stairs instead of the one functional elevator for the whole building was horrible with tired kids. For the money we did not get even basic amenities for the duration and it's a real shame. The staff deserved better, too to be thrust with so many issues at once. For over $600 I wish I'd chosen a different hotel for our stay. While unpredictable and out of their hands, the staff should have afforded the option of giving guests vouchers to a different hotel in the area or something. This was our first family trip ever so it was super disappointing. Our bad timing perhaps and not the fault of the staff (to reiterate, everyone was wonderful)...but also a super uncomfortable and inconvenient experience.

  : Was not aware of the water going to be shut off before I arrived at the hotel, received the letter stating about it when I arrived back at the hotel at midnight. Breakfast service was also supplemented cause of this and it was subpar for what I paid. I was expecting hot breakfast for the price I had to pay, and on top of that they were telling me that I didn’t have it paid for in my price of what I paid for the hotel, and had to show proof to them.
