  : The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
  : The room was not clean. When I turned on the light, a roach was running across the end table. I attempted to plug in my phone on the clock radio and it didn't work until I wiggled the radio plug. My towels had yellow stains on them.

  : Light fixtures unplugged, no toilet paper, no light bulb in lamp, sticky coffee on ground, coffee pot wasnt empty beforehand either, toilet seat wasnt affixed, bath drain sitting on counter, left used conditioner on counter, and had to go to front for Wifi code.

  : Staff was nice and it was a pleasant stay overall. It was enough for the purpose of my stay.
  : A bar of soap was left in the shower from the previous guest and the toilet seat was loose.

  : They had tangelos at breasfast.
  : The bed sheets were stained or dirty. The mattress was stained and dirty. The room we booked was supposed to be 2 beds and we got a 1 bed room with a tub that had a hand held shower nozzle attached and no curtain. The tub was dirty and since the nozzle came from the tub faucet there was no where to hang it so we could not actually take a shower 1 handed. The place was gross and the pleather chair in the room had been damaged and had a huge hole in the seat part. It looks like a drug motel. It was expensive for being a dump. This should be a $40-50 max a night bc it is run down.

  : The location was 7 minutes from where I needed to be
  : The room and the whole hotel smelled of stale air. The room was unclean. There were 3 lamps and one was leaning. The other two lamp shades were broken and leaning side ways. The bed sounded like something metal or aluminum was popping in and out of place when getting in and out of bed. The hot tub jets were broken and it had soap scum in it. The stopper for the tub was broken. There was no microwave. The lobby didnt look anything like the photos they showed. The kitchen was super small and breakfast was some what undesirable. One of the guests had come to the kitchen and we were talking. He was there for his class reunion and then he said he couldnt get in his room because somehow his key card wasnt working. He went to talk to the manager also the owner of the hotel and as I also went to speak with the manager about our room, I overheard the conversation they were having. The guest told the owner that his key card wasnt working. The owner asked him his name. He told him and the owner looked it up. He told the guest that his name was not on the list. The guest said check again because I checked in last night which was June 29th. The owner said well I dont see your name and the guest said well I do t know why. I paid for 3 nights. Again the owner said he could be lying about it. The guy said well I have to go but my things are in my room. Ill come back and maybe youll have it straightened out by then. The owner said I can let you get your things but I cant let you back in because youre not listed. The guest said call the clerk that was here last night. She should remember that I checked in. The owner called and had her on speaker and the lady said she remembered him but the owner said well I found his name but he checked in June 23rd and checked out June 27th. The guest was like no no no man I checked in last night. Well needless to say the owner said I cant let you go back and stay because I dont see your name.

  : Bed was comfortable.
  : Dim lighting in room made it impossible to read, TV did not work, entire hotel reeked of stale tobacco, b'fast nook was filthy. All in all, a pretty dismal experience. Never again!
