  : how quiet it was
: I booked 2 rooms. one room had carpet and the carpet was wet, and smelled like mold, there wasnt any towels, and the key card quit working. the second room was hardwood floors but it still smelt like mold, the sheets were wet when I pulled the covers back. the staff was rude, and we even got accused of robbing a room because the key card didnt work. the second room also was filthy, and the bathroom door didnt close.

: Didn't like the staff was very rude and ignorant. Very bad service no communication and just lied to me about holding my room. worse experience ever.
: I booked & paid the insurance & called 3 times letting staff know I was running late and all they would say was okay that's fine. Mind you I'm coming from Austin Tx get to the hotel for them to tell me I'm to late and have no where to sleep.

: Room had a mildew smell in it. Towels were dirty. Beds were advertised as 2 queens and both were only full sized. Advertised on website, as well on main sign, free hot breakfast but was told breakfast was not available during check in.

: There is nothing positive I can say about this hotel. It was absolutely horrible. We walked in and walked right back out. To say its filthy is an understatement. Drugs all over, filth all over, unsafe, definitely unsanitary.
: We paid for our room (already hesitant but we were tired) Room 204, before we could even get into our room the monthly or weekly tenants in room 205 approached us wanting to enter our room. He let us know where he forgot his dope in our room from the night before. My husband opened the drawer to the dresser and sure enough his dope was in a cup in the drawer. We hadnt even set our bags down. We shut the door and walked back downstairs and demanded a refund. The walls in the room were covered in who knows what. The room smelt horrible. Absolutely disgusting. This place should be reported!
