  : This cabin was beautiful and easy to get to. Had no trouble with roads and never needed 4 wheel drive. It feels nice and secluded with a beautiful sounding stream. It’s centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The master bed slept wonderfully.
  : The only thing to complain about was the hot tub would not heat, the master bathtub jets would not work, master bedroom and living room ceiling fans would not work. The coffee pot carafe was broke upon arrival. They delivered a new small coffee pot that worked once and then stopped brewing. Regardless we had a wonderful time. North Carolina is our favorite place to vaca.

  : Our boys loved that the cabin was actually “creekside!” They enjoyed playing in the creek! We also had a fire one night and roasted marshmallows in the fire pit. And the hot tub was a nice amenitie, but we didn’t get the time to use it-we were too busy doing other things around the cabin!
  : The fact that there is only a tub in the bath upstairs was a little inconvenient. We stayed in the bedroom upstairs, and had to go downstairs to take a shower. It was very doable, just inconvenient.

  : Large space, wrap around porch, location, hot tub, just about everything was awesome for the retreat in the woods
  : Air conditioning set too low upon arrival 63 degrees, needed to turn on heat for five minutes which set fire alarm off but eventually cleared of first of the season smell of furnace, no further issues after adjusting to 74 during stay driveway washed out due to. Heavy rain the day before we arrived, unavoidable, light switches in odd locations but identified, scant baking supplies, ie cookie sheets for use of oven. No full length mirror

  : Very dusty cob webs and dust on everything ceiling fans were nasty and ceiling fan upstairs didnt work. The jacuzzi tun inside was broken and we kept smelling wet dog throughout the whole house couldn't figure out where it was coming from possibly the water not sure

  : No formal door or vent in master bath. Had a fire smell really bad.

  : The location of the house was perfect. Nestled in the middle of a large patch of rhododendron with a creek running right next to the house. It's close to bigger towns with so much do all around, it was perfect. The hot tub was super clean and the directions were easy to follow.
  : The wifi was great if it was just our phones and the TV on, but the xbox we brought struggled with its connection.

  : The location was beautiful. The house had plenty of room.
  : The different elevations outside are a hazard. The first night and next morning, I was there by myself and I fell, with my arms full of groceries, on the first step up in the back. The other levels were too high for me. I almost fell twice inside, once in the kitchen because the freezer was having some issues and water got on the tile floor and then I slipped when I got out of the shower because of the smooth tiles, I had towels laid out on the floor to step on for the rest of the stay. I went to preheat the oven, not realizing there was grease in the bottom of it that had not been cleaned from a previous stay, and smoke started coming out of the top of the stove, I thought I was catching the place on fire! This was all within the first 12 hours of me being there. My husband almost fell off the front porch, when going out the front door and around to the side closest to the parking area beacuse he didn't realize there was a step there.We had 2 dogs from a neighboring house come over EVERY TIME we were outside, which would have been fine, except for the fact that they started to fight several times. A little scary. They also knocked things over that we had on the outside table. The master bed is a little too high for me. I'm 5'2' and I had to CLIMB into bed. The dining room table, although beautiful, was constantly "tacky" no matter how many times we wiped it and dried it off. We put paper towels down so that our arms didn't stick to the table, but then the paper towels got stuck. Maybe put a piece of glass over top. The smell of smoke from the fireplace was really strong, even though we didn't use it at all.
