  : Loved the porch with rocking chairs. It was perfect relaxing getaway. Able to listen to the river. Staff very friendly.
  : Not the best road view when exiting the property. Needs more outlets for appliances.

  : Good location and very quiet. Also enjoyed being able to walk along the river and the views it offered. I would also add that the staff, including the person cleaning and the maintenance person and person at the check-in desk were all very polite and kind.
  : I filtered this booking for pet friendly and for a swimming pool. This was one along with Harrahs in Cherokee that came up and I opted for this one because of the river view. I was very disappointed when I arrived to see that the pool was not functional and obviously hadn’t been functional for sometime. This should have been reflected on the site. In addition, we were given keys to our room but when we got there, they were cleaning the room. We walked outside until she finished. Then maintenance knocked on the door shortly after we got in our room about a problem with the toilet, which we didn’t even know about. That took another hour and a half in and out for him to fix it so we really didn’t get to rest in our room to an hour and a half after we Could check in.The other feedback I would give is if you are a pillow person, bring some. The king bed had pillows that were half the size of a standard and a sham pillow that was extremely flat.
