  : The bed was a full size bed rather than the two queen beds we expected but was comfortable.
  : Oh, I could write a book. I even have plenty of photos. The outside of the building is kept in complete darkness with electricity turned off all night to the large QI sign and all the parking lot lights. The door to the ground floor north wing which can be unlocked with a registered guest's room card, is supposed to be closed and locked while not being used. It won't lock automatically and must be physically pulled or pushed shut with considerable effort because the door doesn't fit well in the door frame. It will remain open by 1-2 inches if not physically closed. I found it open the 3 or 4 times I needed to use it. Anyone who wanted to get in without authorization could do so just about any time he wanted. The latch plate for the latch was missing 2 of the 3 screws required to hold it to the wooden door frame. It had obviously been pulled on hard by someone and was about to pull loose.In room #141, an ADA accessible room with a large bathroom, the hand shower would swivel on its mounting peg by high water pressure spraying water out on to the tile floor making it extremely slippery while flooding the floor. The shower had no tub as it was designed for a guest in a wheelchair to enter the flat floor roll-in shower.Someone had tried or possibly succeeded in breaking through the locked bathroom door fracturing the latching plate in two places. It was never fixed and looks like it was just painted. A ~3 by 4 inch piece of card stock paper was on the floor in the corner under the bathroom sink. It had obviously been there quite a while as black mold was covering all four edges of the paper.The room entry door was equipped with a strong dead bolt which was unusable because it didn't line up with the hole in the latching plate over the hole over the door frame. For some unknown reason the holes in the frame for the latch operated by the door handle and the dead bolt were stuffed with wadded up toilet paper.

  : In four days no one offered to change bedding clean up the room change the trash give extra towels or toilet paper I booked a smoking room no ashtray

  : They didn't need a deposit for the room.
  : There was no security latch on the door and there was toilet tissue in the peephole of the door. The toilet went off all night and there was a sign in the stairwell asking someone to stop smoking fentanly!

  : Nothing left and told them to keep the 75 dollars to fix the room. Left and spent 110 across the street for something clean.
  : Evening dark holes patches everywhere. Dirty smelt.could not stay there. Told them to keep the money they needed it. I have now started booking through booking. Com much better experience lost out on money.

  : Horrible ..the place looks run down and smells of cigarettes ... Even the non smoking room smelt bad ...don't go off what the pictures look like ..pool is closed ..food is horrible i got bit by something while i slept during the night that left red/purple rash on my leg that burns and itches bad and you could never find someone behind the counter .. You have to call ..You get what you pay for just remember that while you book
