: The view was beautiful. Watching the sunrise and sunset over the lake was calm and relaxing. The dream suites seemed more quiet and set apart from the busy tourist traffic. I loved that there were no children around and quiet time started at 10 PM. The staff seemed friendly.
: The room needs some upgrading...broken toilet paper holder, paint chipping, broken tile on the spa tub, etc. It was a bit too dark for my taste...the whole room was painted dark brown/black. The bed was hard, and I wish there were more pillows. Also, when people are staying for a special occasion (anniversary for example), it might be nice for the staff to go above and beyond versus asking us if we minded taking the garbage to the dumpster. (I understand that the condos and apartments may need to do this, but do the suites really need to empty their own trash?) The spa was closed due to covid according to the website and the pool was closed for a facelift, so there were no extras for us to try.
