: The location and hotel design and decor are great.
: No amenities were available that made me want to book due to a family reunion. The Bistro was closed for private events. I had one room drawer that wouldn’t stay shut. Had a sink that wouldn’t drain. Valet parking was terrible a couple of days where guests were waiting 45 and beyond an hour on cars to be pulled up for us. One young lady had a terrible attitude toward a guest complaining about the valet wait. She even came to work with a roller set still in her hair. I could not believe it.

: The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk and barista in the morning on the 17th was pleasant.
: Went to check in on the night of the 16th and the front desk guy was not disrespectful, but just too soft spoken. There was a family reunion party playing loud music and I could barely hear him talking. Valet service was a nightmare. The people were nice, but for $40/ night, they were very disorganized. The reason why I chose this hotel was for the price and location. It was close to where we were going the next day and breakfast was included in the price. However, when we got up and went downstairs just before 8:30am, there was no breakfast. The pictures online showed a buffet table of breakfast foods. There were breakfast sandwiches, bagels and a tray of mixed fruit on a table, but I was told that was for the family reunion guests only. I went to the front counter to inquire and was told, "It should be fully set up by 8:30." From the looks of it, nothing was set up. So, in additoon to paying for a nights stay with breakfast included, supposedly, and valet, I had to pay for breakfast and coffee for my family, which was very inconvenient. I usually have a great experience when I stay at the Courtyard By Marriott hotels, but not this one.
