: Neat Marta to get transport around town
: As per other guest reviews, don't leave anything in your room- check carefully before checking out! I left a long white skirt in the cupboard and messaged the property twice to arrange to get it. I received no response to either message. I rang the switchboard and they confirmed I would be emailed by the hotel to arrange collection- 2 days later, no response/ email. My mum in law rang the hotel- apparently nothing was handed in by the room attendant. Very disappointed as I knew exactly where I left it and am surprised a chain like this don't ensure people get their belongings back if left in the room accidentally. Will not stay again as this is a basic expectation from any hotel I stay at

: The parking deck was nice.
: if you park in the outside parking lot and it rains? Be prepared for water to go past your ankles and your feet to get completely soaked. Our air conditioner did not work, the phone wasn’t even plugged up or even have a power cord, the shower curtain stops two feet before the bathtub so water pours into the floor when taking a shower. When we complained they said they would move us the following day after 12 if maintenance couldn’t fix the issues. The following day around 4pm when we returned we spoke with a different staff member to ask about the room issues and if they had been resolved or we were being moved. No communication was done between staff so he had no idea what we were talking about and was very rude stating “I can’t move y’all. We’re booked, and all the shower curtains are like that y’all just going to have to deal with it”. My sister said that was ridiculous and then he started yelling and acting a fool. It was ridiculous. Luckily the first staff member did have maintenance fix our issues, and even change the shower curtain (I guess not ALL of them are like that then huh?). We won’t be staying there again. Hospitality where??
