  : Boiler busted up, fire alerm busted my ears than everybody got outside and waited for fire department. There was no hot water in the evening when I needed it even though reception said that there will be hot water. They offered full refund and I left to another hotel where I had to pay almost double. Than I could not get my money back from booking.com because hotel's general manager did not answear to their email and reception was lying both to me and to booking staff. I finally got my money back but it was by calling multiple times to the hotel and to booking. Want to give special credit to booking that they forced the hotel to give me back my funds. Rooms are very old and lights are very poor and I did not go with the cheapest option (( Not worth the buck and my nerves...
