  : I asked for slippers quite a few times, was told no housekeeping staff for the first time, asked me to wait for the other day. When I asked the next day, staff said no stocks and pending for delivery . I ended up needed to wear socks when I stayed in the room.

  : I booked an apartment with a sea view according to the photos. However we were placed on the second floor with no sea view. When I told my disappointment to the lady at the reception desk, she told me that I should not take into account the photos when making my reservation as those are “misleading”! When we left, the hotel charged us for our stay while I already paid the full amount through Booking, so I paid twice the amount of our stay! I contacted the Hotel Customer Service to ask for a refund, but they refused. They told me to contact Booking. Hopefully, Booking Customer Service was helpful and efficient, they helped me to resolve this issue. I think this hotel is very poorly managed.
