: The location is excellent, close to many very interesting places in Boston, like the financial district, Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market. The hotel has the mark of a classic.
: Room furniture seemed to be a bit outdated. Also, the potatoes on the side of the eggs Benedict in the breakfast were not good.

: Location is prime, night staff is nice and so is the man that manages bags and vallet.
: It makes no sense that a hotel that charges around US$300 + hidden fees won't let me use the freezer in the room for my personal items. They will charge you extra US$20 just to have a freezer, an "amenity" that is SO simple that I've stayed in 2 star hotels that offered that with no extra charge. Aside from that inconvenience, the freezer that is in the room is packed with things for you to buy, but they are not refrigerated AT ALL (the room was colder than the freezer) - so you can't freeze your personal things, and if you want to buy an overpriced beer or soda from the freezer in the room, you'll have it as warm as tea!! Plus: took me almost 1 hour to check in because the person couldn't find my reservation (that WAS there after all), and another hour for me to check out because the same person couldn't find the virtual card my company sent for the reservation (she kept saying there was no card there - but then how did the reservation happen?????). I honestly believe she didn't know what she was doing there. Last but not least, saw a mouse crossing the lobby when I got there at night, don't know if that's normal in the US but not in my country.
