  : The check in process was absurd. I was certain I was being catfished. Multiple texts from multiple emails asking me to call them and text them sensitive information such as a photos of my ID, my credit card, a link to my LinkedIn, the first and last names of all of the guests also staying at the property and the reason for my trip. They wanted to speak on the phone as well. They wouldn't give me the check in information until I provided all of the above, and threatened to cancel my reservation the day AFTER i was supposed to check in. Terrible. The unit itself had paper thin walls - I could hear the neighbors roll over in their beds. The electrical was set up so you couldn't sleep with the fan on at night (bright ceiling light had to be ON in order to get power to the ceiling fan) - which is unacceptable in a town as humid as Chicago especially since there was no thermostat/ability to control the climate int he unit otherwise. The bed was cheap and made a ton of noise.
