: The location
: Communication with guests is terrible. After numerous calls, they changed my reservation after leaving me stranded in the street for a very long time with my kids!!! New apartment Didn't have WiFi, no lifts, no extra towels or sheets, no TV connection, and all this wasn't fixed after all complaints!!! Worse experience!!!

: The location and comfortable bed was the only thing this apartment had going for it.
: Lied when it said has private parking no reservation needed. Had to pay for parking and walk 10 minutes away to the closest spot that was available. There was no metered parking like they claim near the apartment and the free parking u need a parking permit. Also they do not accommodate for crap. The apartment was ok clean but nothing like they made it seem for the reason why I could not check in 2 hrs early was even willing to pay. Also good luck with the lock boxes because they sent me the wrong codes and instructions. Front entry door to the apartment the lock was messed up and so was the door someone bent the metal plate on door making it a pain in the ass trying to get in. Would never stay here ever again going to pay the xtra 300$ next time to stay in hotel that is closer to wrigley field at least they offer early check ins and reliable parking and cleaner fresh rooms. So any response from this host in anything that I’ve said I will reply back with screenshots of there messaging and pictures. So go ahead. You guys are unreal.

: Decor was nice
: We had several issues where we had to get in touch with maintenance. They were difficult to get a hold of. We were locked out of our unit one night because they changed the lock on the entrance and the key we were given did not work. When we finally reached someone they couldn’t get anyone to help. Where did they expect us to spend the night! Luckily a resident came along after an hour and got us in. We also had water back up in the tub and low water pressure in the shower.
