  : I wasn’t not able to stay due to the hotel having signs up as I arrived saying, “reservations cancelled hotel sold out contact support for refund” and another saying, “no more rooms sorry”. No one at the hotel spoke to me as I was ignored at the front desk.

  : The breakfast was delicious. The lady that does the breakfast is very nice.
  : Letting guest loiter at front door drinking, smoking, and playing loud music. Telling me that they were out of towels with a basic "oh well" attitude.Having to ask for toilet paper. Being left standing at the counter to check out only to see the employee pull up getting dropped off by a friend that she had left the property with.Just very unprofessional. Not a secure feeling.

  : Bed and bathroom was clean
  : Landscape was poor. Odor in the lobby was musky and strong. Dirty floor in lobby. My drivers license and credit cards were photo copied. The copy was folded and left on the counter information was not inputed into the computer. Couches in the lobby were old and stained. Small convenient snack was empty. Gentleman working said that shoplifters come in and take the snacks so all of the snacks are put away. Cigarette buts were visible in the elevator. Carpet was worn and dirty on the fourth floor. Little refrigerator in the room had something sticky (jelly?) along the edge. You had to use 2 hands to open the door. Curtains were not hanging properly. Curtain hooks were not attached. Lights from other property areas shined in all night. Light bulbs out. Remote control to TV was sticky and the channel button was worn. I was not provided a receipt when I left. Concern for food preparation in breakfast area.

  : Tried calling to let we would be late operator extension not working. Gate broke, only room left needed a crowbar to get in. Homeless people sleeping all over the place, reservation had already been cancelled.
