  : The cost ,the microwave and refrigerator was a plus. The beds were comfortable and not too bad. The room was clean.
  : I didn't care for the location ,the dogs and the uneasiness of safety. I didn't feel.safe outside of the room and on the property when outside. There were some abandoned properties around the facilities. The general feeling was left to be desired. Although I realize for some is there home for an extended period of time,the children and adults who basically just hung out outdoors added to the uneasiness . The pool area was small, and I wasn't comfortable using that either. The traffic in Kissimmee is outrageous, congested and you will get nowhere soon. I also didn't like the fact that they held a $100 deposit that I wasn't aware of.
