  : Old outdated things did not work. Used to be much nicer. Had to get own towels several times. Room key did not work 3 separate times. Tvs in bad shape. Had to keep one on at all time to keep it working hung up on us several times

  : A good location for Disney parks.
  : Desk staff wasn’t helpful, when we first got to our room we had no towels, hours later and and a second call and stop by office we finally got towels. Then while we were gone the next day housekeeping came in and just moved the dirty towels, took my laundry soap and bags and DIDN’T EVEN CLEAN! I dont know about anyone else but I don’t want housekeeping just in my room snooping... clean and get out! And when we called the front desk about our missing items they just said ok we will let housekeeping know at 9 am tomorrow. Definitely will never stay again.

  : Staff were very polite, nice and helpful. The room had a kitchen and kitchen stuff. So, we could cook our own dishes. This was the most important and good thing for me.
  : The room and the furniture need renovation. The cupboards are old. The carpets need to be replaced. Several cupboards were covered with a kind of curtain. These also need to be replaced. There are plenty of ants. Some can be acceptable, since it is a first level floor and there were plants everywhere, but there were plenty of ants. The management put some kind of ant-rebbelers but it didn't work much for our room.

  : Bathroom plumbing was bad . Tub faucet dripped constantly, toilet flush never stopped running due to rusted out plumbing.Mold around tub and floor tile.Hair stuck to shower wallsDead bugs in many of the dresser drawers.Light bulbs burned out in bed room and outside entrance and stairway.Had to get towels from front desk.

  : The staff did accommodate my booking issue. They were pleasant as well.
  : I have stayed here 3 times in the past. This time the unit was not prepared. There were roaches and ants. The bedroom tv as well as the dishwasher did not work. I did have to get towels from the front desk after requesting them and waiting 4 hours. The maintenance attendant attempted to replace the dishwasher while we were in the unit and spilled water throughout the living room. There was also a roach on the bed. The floors are stained or perhaps that is water damage.

  : The location and the layout of the unit.
  : Found bed bugs in the 1st unit. Then we got moved to a 2nd unit where the phones,and dryer didn't work. The maintenance guy sent to unit couldn't fix the dryer issue. He was told it was for a ceiling fan not a dryer. That was the second guy. The first guy was told it was for the washer. Poor communications.

  : I’m arrive to resort at 5:00pm and my check in was not set up but ok , then give me a room was OUT OF SERVICE, the young girl on front apologized and give me a second room was OUT OF SERVICE, look like a joke so they give me a third room so finally after 48 min can get a room whit not towels, call housekeeping and say they want to Provide on 5min. Ok AFTER 1 1/2 hour later nobody show so I leave whit my family to eat and when I come back nothing, next morning have to use the sheets to dry my kids after shower ,because I’m call and request for towels and nobody showing up terrible. Not recommended.
