  : It's a Motel 6. . . Initial check-in was smooth. There were no issues with that!
  : Everything about it! This Motel 6 really needs help. Yes, we were there during peak time for any business as it was a major event. The initial room we were checked into upon opening the door smelled as if someone just finished smoking pot. Before anything, we always check the room for bed bugs. Lifting the mattress revealed very bad stains of something of an undetermined substance that looked as if someone tried to wipe it off after it happened. After going to the front desk they gave us another room. While waiting for them to figure out where to put us. Their cleaning crew wheeled in a cart full of used laundry and left it in the public area where people were checking in. Yes, it's a Motel 6. Yes, it was in Lima Ohio, our stay was less than stellar with feelings of unease and wonders of who they put into the room after us.

  : Motel 6 has been advertising that they are modernizing/improving on their rooms; they did well, but expected a little more. Location was always good, the price was fair, and it was relatively quiet.
  : Perhaps make the rooms a little more inviting; seemed sterile, the seams in the tub needed re-caulking, and some furnishing just weren't comfortable and cheap. Think even for a budget hotel they could do a little better.

  : The room was supposed to be smoke free but it reeked of smoke and spoiled all our clean clothes. I’m not sure that the sheets were changed as there were black hairs on the pillows and sheets. There were cigarette burns in the sheets and shower curtain. It was a nasty room.
