  : Didn't have breakfast. The man at check in said we didn't qualify for free breakfast.
  : The pictures on the internet are very misleading. The hotel was dated and pool area was very sad and in disrepair.

  : Somebody use my debit card at the restaurant there and me and my fiance were nowhere at that restaurant. We went out on the town for his birthday dinner. When I called on the 3rd because we checked out on the 2nd of this past weekend The man seemed to be a little agitated because I was trying to explain to him we didn't use the restaurant so how did we get a restaurant charge on my debit card. When accounting called me they tried to tell me someone similar there had The same name And that they were showing they were in the same room. That made no sense. My whole thing did this person have the same exact numbers of the card and bank? Even though they refunded me my money we won't be back.

  : Room was nice. Slept like a baby. Place was clean. Warm cookies when I checked in.
  : Hot Tube needs to be service. Not all of the jets were working. Air intakes to make the water bubble were not all working. The timer on the wall for the hot tube to turn on and off was broken. It stayed on all of the time. There was no shower gel in the shower. The handle in the shower needs to be fixed. The set screw needs to be tightened up before the handle falls off. There are 6" long gaps on the back bottom 2 corners in the shower that needs to be caulk or regrouted. Water can leak down to the lower floor. When I booked the hotel room it stated that breakfast was included. Found out later that breakfast was not included. The customer service person at the front desk was too busy to help me out about the breakfast issue.

  : I really appreciated the location. There was plenty of parking and easy to navigate from.
  : Our room had a dirty towel on the shower rod. Also the cleaning schedule was a little off. Also when we went to enjoy the pool, there was hair and bugs in the pool.

  : CoaCoa was fabulous at the front desk checking me in gave me a room close to my sister, was very friendly and did her job perfectly. She even gave me 2 warm cookies
