  : There werent many kitchen utensils. There also werent any extra blankets and pillows.

  : Beds we're comfortable, three separate bedrooms were clean. Kitchen and bathroom were remodeled and was nice. Charcoal grill was there to use, but needed to be cleaned and have the ash emptied.
  : Kitchen drawer has mouse droppings in it. Living room ceiling had a hole in it from water damage and found out that when the person upstairs uses water you'll get wet watching TV sitting on the couch. Kitchen and bathroom were remodeled and floors were quiet, all other rooms(including other tenants) were very loud and creaking enough to wake up others at night. Was told to park my vehicle on the street and it got vandalized, graffiti was prevalent on buildings and street signs, garbage dumpsters, etc., but I didn't feel unsafe. Neighborhood seems ok, Saturday night the street was loud until well after midnight.
