  : The room was great, and the breakfast was very good with a lot of options.
  : There was a lot of noise from other guests being loud in the hallway the weekend we stayed. Also, the staff apparently checked us into the wrong room, so the first night, our key cards were deactivated and we were told we needed to speak to someone in the morning by 11am. We were woken early, at around 7:30am and told we needed to come to the front desk as we were not authorized to be in the room. In all honesty, we were never really given a reason for the hassle and inconvenience, other than the front staff possibly made a mistake by checking us into the wrong room. I certainly did not expect to be comped a room for a night, but something could have been done by the staff or management for all of the hassle and inconvenience that we were caused. I am not the type that will complain and act entitled, but when you pay to stay in a hotel, you should not expect to have to go through hassles such as those we endured.

  : The bathroom door didn’t have a lock on the door and it didn’t close all the way.
