  : I booked there before with no problem enjoyed the bar and my weekend stay
  : I paid for a room on yesterday got to the place to check in was told I need to place a card on file to pay a incidental fee then I was advised that there was no tv signal meaning no tv so I told her to cancel my reservation because who wants to pay for a room with no tv she was very rude and unprofessional saying well u need to contact the third party u booked through and even walked off and had the bar manager come talk to me I will never book at that location again

  : The staff were rude. It seems as if family of staff hung around and used the pool. My A/C did not work well in my room but it was an over night only stay so I tolerated it. The restaurant inside the hotel was not stocked well. They didn’t have a lot of what was on the menu and I wasn’t told till much after my order was taken. So while I thought my food was being cooked, it wasn’t. The complementary water at the bar was never refilled after we asked. Other guest were calling out for the their order to be taken only for the waitstaff to be bothered by it. I asked front desk how did the laundry facilities work. She told me the machines took quarters but she didn’t have any quarters. I had to go get quarters, mind you this hotel is not in the best area. Only to find out the washers have a QR code option to pay without coins. Don’t bother with paying for the free breakfast. No one will come out to take your order.
