  : The convenience. Everything that was needed was there and in a good location. Felt very private. Didn't feel bothered.

  : It was frustrating trying to communicate with the host to get things needed during our stay. For example we only had 2 washcloths in the place and we booked for 5 days and 4 nights. I requested more washcloths from the front desk and was told we need to call other number. We made several calls for wash clothes and we finally recieved 4 more wash clothes 2 days later. We ended up buying our own to hold us over. Also when I opened the sliding door to go onto the balcony the blinds fell down and hit me in the shoulder. We called a reported this but never heard anything back regarding fixing the blinds in the living area.

  : Worst experience EVER. Our flight was cancelled because of a hurracaine arriving. We couldnt fly back home. We needed to stay. First hirracaine in our life. We were scared. We left the hotel to buy some food and water and when we came back our apt was locked. The recepcin lady had instructions not to let us in. Our passport, money, computer, clothes, everything was inside the apt. They just wanted to let us in IF we signed a form with a 580 usd fare for the night. You took advantage of two foreign people, scared, terrified. You treated us horrible. Police had to come. its ilegal to retain others passport and stuff. We dont want anybody else to live this experience. Today, we dont know how much was charged in our credit card. No one answers the emails, hundreds phone calls. Awefull.
