  : The management company of the individual unit didn't even clean the unit from previous stay. Believe it or not there were blood stains in the walls. Creepy. Building itself was managed by another company who was great.

  : My partner and I decided to try this place out due to the apartment sizes and location. They had nice set ups and a nice beach. Enjoyed the workout room along with their sort of lounge/game room. Very nice public showers/pool/jacuzzi. They’re valet was on top of their game. The rooms came with silverware, pots, pans, etc. nice welcoming gifts when you arrive.
  : The receptionists there are horrible. What happened to me there was I had found an ocean front apartment and I wanted to book it but before I was going to I wanted to see the room in person. So as I saw the availability we went inside and I informed the female receptionist I wanted an ocean front apartment. She stated there was not any available. I informed her that I saw online there was. After a moment went by with her on her computer I refresh my phone and looks like she had taken it off booking and it stated not available. So either way we proceeded to look at the rooms for future reference. After viewing the 2/3 rooms due to the other receptionist forgetting and not wanting to show us the last room we called it quits. Asked the female waitress if there was any availability for the following day. She stated no. So we left the place and I went back online and found an oceanfront one available for the following day for a week and booked it. Booked it for ALOT less than the prices she tried pushing earlier. On top of that I had noticed parking was included with the stay and when we had asked her before hand she stated it would be $20 a day even with a reservation. It wasn’t until I pulled up the booking info where it clearly states parking is included was it when she took it back and agreed. Needless to say it was constant careless effort in their part to try to provide good hospitality considering I’m paying $400.00 a night there for a place that has nothing to offer than a nice view and nice room. Also the Wi-Fi in our room was working probably 3 hours out of the whole day for some reason. As well as the heater didn’t work when it was needed a couple days that it got to 57 degrees in the rooms. I saw constant pets around the pools when it states clearly no pets allowed in the apartment or even near the poolside.
