: Beach front and pool area was so nice! The bar and restaurant staff were so nice and accommodating. Carlos is amazing and so sweet!
: Front desk staff has poor attitudes. Check in was 3pm, we arrived at 3:10pm and was told our room was still not ready. We asked why not because the website says 3pm check in and the girl couldn’t tell us a time for check in. After asking to speak with management, she miraculously made a room appear. Two bottles of water are complimentary even though we had 3 people in our room and paid for 3 people and after you run out of the 2 bottles, they have no water and refuse to give you any more and their shop is closed after midnight so you can not buy more. I was told by another front desk staff member when waking up thirsty in the middle of the night to “go across the street as they’re open later and sell water” they have no vending machines at the Rui. I don’t mind paying for water but no vending machines are crazy. For the price you pay for the room, complimentary water should be included if no vending machines are present.

: The hotel smelled, rooms had a sewer smell and the elevator was down for a period of time. The breakfast buffet was ok but not worth the price they were charging. Not many items to choose from. The hotel staff were nice and friendly but overall I did not like it. We left a day early because the smell was so bad.
