When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs USD 45 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for US$75 per person per stay when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
Resort fee includes:
- Local calls
- Beach toy rentals (balls and pails)
- Beach chair service/beach towels (umbrella not included)
- High-speed internet access
- Bicycle hire
- Bottled water
- Family board games

The credit card provided for payment must be presented at check-in and the cardholder and guest name must match.
