  : First of all, we didn't get into the room until 12am. Then when they finally got the reservation together. We went to the room and it was the wrong room type. I go back to the front desk, and she tells me that they have no room available to switch us to then. The floor was completely full of sand. We had to sweep the floor . The shower, ice bucket, had blonde hair in it. Then, to top it off, the water never got hot, so we had to take cold showers. we called the front desk, and they stated they were going to send maintenance to come check it. No one ever came. Then I called back the same thing. Then my husband went to the front desk, but still no one came. We left the room around 5 pm, and no one still showed up. It was a very bad experience. NEVER AGAIN.. I also have videos and photos of the room.
