: The view
: Water on the floor from a faulty ac unit in the next room. Room was dirty and when I asked to have it cleAned they never showed up the entire week. We had to request and change our own bedding. No cookware without a deposit. Only one burner worked on the stove. AskedFor aManager and one could not be contacted or located for three days. I never did get to speak to one. The bed was worn out and needed replaced. Laundry service did not function correctly. Advertised beer taps and food were not working the entire week.

: I like that the property was beach front and very close to family kingdom.
: The hotel says resort but it is far from resort. This hotel was a last minute thing for us and it shows. The staff was not friendly at all, the microwave didn’t work, the balcony door was so hard to open and close and and balcony it’s self was tiny. The door key literally stopped working everyday so I had to get a new one. No utensils to eat with, the sheets were dirty but thank goodness I brought my own pillows and sheets. And the towels were awful, stains all over them human hair it was just disgusting. The shower filled up with water every time. It was me my husband and 3 year old. If I had the money to leave and stay somewhere else I would have. It was honestly the worst 7 days of vacation ever.

: Nice reception.
: Kitchen cabinets had roaches. Couldn't cook seafood. Springs in bed were popping wore out in mattress. Noisy room being beside parking garage. Couldn't watch TV due to neighbors. Banging on walls. Pools were filthy full of sand. Not cleaned just dumped with chemicals. Lazy river wasn't running at full water level and no tube. Jacuzzi had no heated water. Shower curtain was moldy and so was balcony curtain. There was sand on bathroom cabinet and soap or toothpaste around the outer rim of the beautiful blue bowl sink. I needed to park in handicapped parking since I'm disabled but since I didn't have a tag I couldn't. I struggled. Stairs. Dizzy. Not good painful. Been in therapy.
