  : The bed was extremely comfortable. I like being able to see the ocean from the sitting area and bedroom.
  : I wish the kitchen had a dishwasher. The tv was unplug. After finding the plugs, the tv controls were a little difficult to manage. However, this issue was resolved.

  : I hate to say this but there was nothing that I like about the Patricia Grand. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
  : The condo was dirty, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. We had to go down to the hotel side to get towels and then was told that we had to wash the towels that they had gave us prior to checking in. The pictures need to be update on website because the condo doesn't match what you advertise.

  : the bed and couch are old and rickety. I'm 32 years old and should've been the oldest thing in the room, but the couch and bed have some years on me it seems. I was not expecting that when I paid $272.00 for one (1) night.also, the room was advertised at $126/night; however, when I went to reserve the room, the price immediately jumped to $272.00, so I have a lot of questions about that.I exited the entire Booking app and my web browser (they both advertised the room at $126/night) just to make sure I wasn't being crazy, but I wasn't. it jumped to $272.00 every time. it's either a case of false advertisement or I was price gouged at the last minute due to the fact it was the only oceanfront room available, and I'm extremely upset either way.overall, considering the absurd price and dilapidated quality of the couch and bed, my stay in Unit 1908 left much to be desired. to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I'd never before gone the Air BNB route prior to this experience, and I'm not sure I ever will again. the entire experience was underwhelming.PS: I would love an explanation regarding the sudden, unannounced price-jump in the room cost/night situation, though. thanks!
