  : The room was not clean. There was dirt/sand all over the floor. The inside of the refrigerator was dirty (pepper or some other black spice littered the interior shelves). The bathroom was dirty (bathtub had stains); (sink facet had some kind of grime behind the handles). The bathroom did not come stocked with shower supplies (shampoo, bar soap, or shower gel). The kitchen was not supplied with dish soap to wash any used dishes. The interior of the room was heavily damaged (cabinetry). The only thing that appeared to be done for check-in of the room was to make the bed. Room service wasn't received during a four night stay.I don't usually leave reviews like this, but for just under $200 a night, you would expect a better experience.
