  : It was very difficult to get up the stairs to the hotel with luggage. It is not wheelchair accessible. The man at the check-in counter was not welcoming at all. The rooms were beyond tiny, had no windows and the air was stuffy and smelled awful (in fact, the entire hotel smelled terrible). There was no night light, so when turning off the light, it was pitch dark. The bed was hard, made noise with the smallest movement and the blanket was rolled up to look fluffy but was paper thin. The walls were so thin, we hear everything from conversations to sneezes to people masturbating in other rooms. The shared bathrooms were very moldy, always damp, had no windows and made you feel dirty from using them. The toilet paper was so thin, you could literally see through it. We left the next morning as fast as we could, despite having booked the rooms for four nights. The owners probably know exactly that their hotel is absurdly grimy and sketchy, and that’s probably why they make it very clear upon check-in that there is no refund for leaving early. At the front desk, the employee saw us with our luggage and grinned, asking if we were “checking out” with a sly tone of voice, as if he was expecting it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, even someone who is trying to save money.

  : The price of accommodation in New York is the most expensive in the world, considering that the price I paid in this place was ok, in other places It would be the same price to stay in a shared room with more people, so here I It was Just me in the Room.The place is very simple, small rooms, no windows and little furniture, but I felt safe there. Shared bathrooms were ok, reception ok. And they helped me with my luggage, I left it there after checkout without any problems.Close to the subway, cheap area for meals, this helped a lot.
  : The entrance to the place is a small door, and to get there there are very steep and long stairs, you need to call a phone to let them know you have arrived so they can open the door.The place is not pretty, but considering the cost-benefit it is acceptable. Remember that New York is expensive, so even places like this have a higher cost, so control your expectations.
