  : Room service needs to be urged, air condition very cold and loud during day and night, cannot be turned off, unfriendly stuff, rooms really small, beds not comfortable and very hard, thin walls make you hear everything from neighbouring rooms and floor

  : The room was small but what I expected in Manhattan. The bed was comfortable and the windows would let in a lot of light which we loved. We loved staying in Chinatown it was so alive all day it did totally die by around 10 so you'd have to take alittle walk to find anything after that luckily we came together. The staff was wonderful very helpful. We enjoyed our little room we were mostly out exploring so it was mostly a place to rest and wash up.
  : I really cant say anything negative but your sharing a bathroom so bring shower shoes:) actually really enjoyed this place would come back.

  : I love china town and this hotel is basic, but clean and well situated. we walked a lot without taking the subway. it was my first one-star hotel, but it was better than many 3-stars hotels i stayed at. i recommend this place. we had a room with no window, but the air conditioner was good and i had a good sleep. we were also able to leave our luggage until 5 p.m. after the check-out.
  : theres no elevator, so try to split your luggage in not so heavy items that you can carry upstairs with less effort

  : Clean, fresh air (AC tho), area, quite room, luggage storage, early check in for free, bed was okay
  : I made an unbelievable experience. Poorest service in my life!!! I checked out at 11.30 am, got my luggage at 5 afternoon (that was very nice btw), went to the toilet for around 10 min and the staff/ower knocked at the door several times and screamed at me i should leave while I just fullfilled a human need. I am / was a paying customer and how can you harass someone at the toilet while he is just fulfilling a human need.omg.
