  : That it was quiet in the room was clean besides when I was checking out there was a roach inside the cabinet where the refrigerator was.
  : That the manager during checkout which I checked out in the middle of the morning before the manager shift came in and was promised my deposit of $150 back and I did not get it back when she came in. She gave me every excuse and tried to say first that the room was dirty. Then she said I smoked in the room after I came back the second time to retrieve my money when it was not deposited back onto my card for my deposit of $150. She was very rude very unprofessional and tried to make him every excuse not to repay me my money for my deposit which is very very wrong. I live on a fixed budget of disability and I do not smoke because I have a heart condition from a heart attack that I just had in December of 23. The manager of the next morning and tried to say that maybe my kids had spilled the water that they were seeing on the floor allegedly. Well I am 40 years old both of my children are 30 and 23 years old and do not live in this state. When she found that out she tried to say that I was smoking when I came back the second time after they said my refund will be put on to my account. She said she had other employee said it smelled like smoke. But when I went there I told her let's go in the room to see what was dirty in the room and to see about if we smell smoke together and she would not do that. She was finding every excuse to not refund my deposit of $150 which is very very ridiculous. I even paid $100 early check-in fee on top of my $100 room. I would never recommend dealing with these people ever again. I've stayed there in the past plenty of times and never had this problem. Never had a problem that I smoked never had a problem that I was dirty a problem about nothing. Please look into this for me and into the record of my past days of staying there.

  : Location was convenient and it had an indoor pool.
  : It needed a lot of work. Toilet was crooked and leaking from the tank leaving a puddle of water on floor. Sink was draining slow and we were told they would bring drains to see if it would clear it up - no one ever came. The smoke detector was hanging out of the wall by the wires. Walks were thin so we could hear a lot of noise. The doors would beep loudly if they were not closed all the way - even late at night. My mother’s room had the fire alarm go off during the night, lights were flashing and it was beeping. She got dressed, heard what sounded like kids in the hall, and no one contacted her to check on her or tell her what was going on. She was scared and slept in her clothes. In the morning, I spoke to the front desk and was told that no fire alarm went off because he would have been alerted by the system. A few moments later, the fire alarm went off in the lobby. The breakfast that was offered was mediocre at best. Waffles, eggs that were hard to cut, instant oatmeal packets, yogurt, bagels, or cereal. We paid the same price a week earlier for a studio suite with a made-to-order breakfast at a different hotel. What a huge difference. I will not waste my money here again.

  : I didn't stay the night there. I felt like they were picking at me. My sink was stopped up and the doors had to be closed extra hard or it would keep beeping. We were told not to be in front of the building. Nothing was said to the other guest who were in front of the building. I felt like they were being racist towards us. I will not go back. Disappointed!!
