  : The area was good
  : We went to the property thinking that we were going to be able to swim in the pool. However, it was closed, and the front desk didn’t tell us when we checked in. So the made our stay not good.

  : Pre-paid for 2 nights...(will never do that again) After 1st night. NO FURTHER ATTENTION given to the room. NO HOUSEKEEPING for 2nd day. I had to go to front desk and ask for clean towels, etc for 2nd day.... I did speak to the hotel GM, Michelle (I think that was her name) and she brushed it off since we pre-paid....said she would try to do something. As on this morning....one week later.....NOTHING, no email. no contact, nothing!!!. I have noticed "pending charges" to my AmEX Card for an extra $25 per night!! They have not gone thru and were removed yesterday! Before retirement, I was a Diamond Member for a number of years and nothing like this had ever occurred!! MOST disappointed!!!!

  : The staff were very friendly and always quick to help when needed anytime. The beds were very comfortable
  : The room was clean except the carpet felt very sticky so we kept our shoes on until we went to bed . Some of the plugs were very lose on the table between the beds and was disappointed that the pool wasn't usable but they explained the problem.
