Good

: Pretty clean and up to date. Comfortble bed. Pillows could have been better.
: People smoking weed on our floor completely ruined the stay. Hot water was lost one night and had to take a cold shower. Was told by the front desk to "give it a little while, everyone is probably taking showers"... It was 11:30 PM.

Very Good

: It was close enough to everything. The ladies who worked the breakfast and front desk were amazing. The pool got reopened earlier than expected.
: I originally booked my room on May 8. The booking said "this room has 3 beds". Meaning 2 regular beds and 1 pull out sofa bed. I have the email, still, where it says that. When I checked in and went to the room it was 1 bed and a pull out bed. This was not the room I booked. I went to the front counter to tell the guy& showed him my conformation email. He said that's all they had. He said they don't have any like what my email says .. I had my partner, son and daughter and I needed 3 beds cause they do not want to share a bed. I was very very upset but didn't want to ruin their vacation so we went and bought air mattresses for them and had that in that little room that yal stuck a family of 4 in
