: Nothing. Hallways smelled like cigarettes, room smelled like feces.
: The entire place smelled like cigarettes, and the room smelled like feces. The sheets underneath the beds had brown stains that looked like someone wiped their butt with. There was cigarette holes in the mattresses, there was bird cr@p on the inside part of the gliding glass doors leading to the outside, the white curtain was stained yellow, duct tape around the flooring. I have a video that I’ll be posting on YouTube for everyone to see how disgusting this place is, there was even cockroaches and the funniest thing is about it all is that there was a sink in the middle of the room like why? Worst place to stay at in CT should be shut down. The papers I got with keycard said Vernon diner if that place is associated with Vernon diner I would advise avoiding that place as well.

: The room smelled bad like urine the bed was uncomfortable we had to change rooms because we had no amenities like tv.,functioning lights,garbage can for the bathroom, telephone,and the sockets didn't work ,plus no microwave and the refrigerator was barely functioning.

: Nothing. Need to be able to upload photos and legitimate complaint.
: Staff very unknowledgeable any everything and anything, dirty, foul odor dirty bathroom no staff. Jacuzzi tub not metwhich was required for my stay, got split into 2 rooms to rectify and only worsened the situation. Had to beg for receipts. No pool. No breakfast. Doors didn't all lock, the list goes on. After I forward all info I'd be surprised if the federal government or Wyndham will want anything to do with remaining affiliated. Very disappointing. Oh, chemical was given to us to clean our own bathroom in the first room second room needed for jacuzzi, transferred to no tub and no way to fix. Not only not comped was charged!
