  : The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The style of the furniture was modern and functional. The kitchen and bathrooms were newly remodeled and felt clean. The kitchen was well equipped.
  : In the bedroom, there wasn’t an accessible outlet by the bed. The only way to plug my phone and the provided bedside lamp in was to push the bed away from the wall several inches. An extension cord could help but the bed will still have to be several inches from the wall because of where the plug is. It is very loud because of the street noise. The bathrooms are tiny and have no counter space. The key wasn’t in the lockbox when I arrived but within 5 minutes, a man brought it to me, with no explanation, and the host checked in with me about the issue afterward.

  : The location is great and it's a gorgeous property. It's also the cleanest space I've ever stayed in. The check-in process was a first for me, you have to verify all your information via text and phone call and I didn't get into the apartment until about 1.5 hours after check in but once I was verified, it was a simple lock box and key. It's a 3 floor walk up so if you have heavy bags, be aware of the stairs. The Sipping Turtle downstairs is a great place for breakfast and lunch and has fast wifi if you need a place to sit while you wait to get access or after you check out. If you need to leave your bags somewhere after you check out, the luggage locker is a short bus ride down the street.

  : Worst experience in Chicago, Kept my whole family and kids standing in the rain for 45 mins beyond 3 pm check-in time to get the keys. No water supply ONE whole day, without notice. The common stairs /area smells trash and weed. Broken Toilet door lock, broken dishwasher, broken bedroom mirrors, oil stains in the kitchen and for all this inconvenience they offer $10 refund ... BEWARE of the scammers

  : The ABSOLUTE WORST!!!Made reservations, reservations was confirmed. The address was sent to my email immediately after booking. The day of check in I didn’t receive any instructions on how to check in. I’m outside the property calling to see why I haven’t gotten check in instructions and the host canceled my reservation … So inconvenient and so unprofessional

  : The apartment was newly renovated, nicely decorated, clean, spacious with central air. Loved that each room had a king-sized bed. Neighborhood had really great restaurants, coffee shops and bars.
  : I had to ask multiple times for check-in instructions. Was worried it was a scam at first. There were also multiple phone numbers used so it was unclear who I was dealing with. When we got there, the key was not in the lockbox so I had to call and they called me back after 5 minutes with another lockbox code to get spare keys. When we got to the apartment the cleaning person was still there making beds and cleaning garbage. He said he was not told anyone was checking in.
