  : I loved the pools and the restaurant had amazing food, and most of the staff was really pleasant. Super close to Jolly Roger's. The cookies at the reception desk were also absolutely out of this world.
  : The Starbucks was incredibly over priced and they close the pools incredibly early especially considering that they have no lifeguards on duty anyway. Most of the staff was great and accommodating, however there was 2 front desk workers, one was a supervisor, were incredibly unprofessional, there was an issue with my room, which was supposed to be handicap accessible, I did not get the room I booked, the girls at the front desk at the time told me I was lying about calling the hotel to make sure I had an accessible room for my mother, and then they didn't not fix my issue until I went down and argued with her for almost an hour. I was given the run around and put into a room that was not even close to the price I paid that would not accommodate the 4 of us in my group, then when I had to switch rooms for the 3rd time on this trip. They made me pack up my stuff and out if the room for 11am and I was not able to get into my new room until 4pm that day, I was stuck sitting in the lobby with all of my belongings and my refrigerated items had gone bad by then, they did not offer to store them in anyway. The room was not worth the price I paid. And the pullout sofa bed was so worn out you could feel every bar under the small mattress. Needless to say I was very disappointed with my stay overall, Especially the part where I lost 5 hours of my day just sitting there waiting for my room to be corrected and ready.
