  : The location was perfect one block from the beach. We loved the pool and the guests we met there were so friendly.
  : Housekeeper was friendly enough but our kids accidentally dropped a handful of chip crumbs outside. When we came out she asked if we did that and swept them into a corner and asked us to pick them up. With no broom or dustpan to get them we had to use our hands and a paper plate. I just feel like if she was already sweeping it she could have swept it up for us. There was also super loud music blasting all night outside the rooms from 2 different directions all night. One was from outside the room next to us. We had 2 young children we just put down. Oddly enough, the next afternoon a man was playing nice music we were enjoying by the pool at 1pm and was asked to turn it off by staff bc someone next door works nights and is trying to sleep. The housekeeper also asked my fiancé twice if she could just give us clean towels and skip cleaning our room. He said he’d prefer if she could do a quick clean of the room. I hadn’t heard this so later when I was leaving she asked me the same thing and I asked if she could just do a quick vacuum (2 small kids and sand/snacks/3 days in the room). It felt awkward to ask her to clean it after she asked to skip it.
