: The location was perfect. It was super close to the beach. The price was better than other motels.
: We got locked out of our room at night because the key didn't work and there was no one at the front desk to address this issue. The office was closed.

: It was quiet--we aren't crazy about big high-rise resorts or crowds. We just came to unwind from our busy lives and enjoy each other, peace and quiet. We like the balcony where we can sit out together. Drink a cup of coffee/tea in the morning, then talk and unwind, laugh together at night.The air conditioner was quiet and we could adjust it to our comfort. Thank you.Housekeeping was very kind and the staff accommodating and understanding
: When we got into bed, the sheets and pillows were still damp from being laundered. The first night we slept terribly, it was uncomfortable. I'm glad we brought 2 extra blankets. The coverlet blanket was too thin. The bed was not inviting.The family next door with kids were extremely loud and kept feeding the seagulls. It was annoying when we were sitting out on the balcony with 15 birds everywhere making a ton of noise. We called the front desk several times regarding the noise and behavior. The sliding door to the balcony jammed several times and we struggled to open and close it even after attempting to clean the track with a cloth.

: Location was great. Steps to the beach. Adequate parking lot. Size of room was decent for the price.
: When we checked in, the room key did not open the door and we had to sit outside the room for 30 minutes until we could get someone to open the door and give us a new key. The bathroom was quite small. The room was outdated with some chipping paint, but otherwise clean. The mattress in the pull out couch was impossible to sleep on because it was so thin you could feel all the springs. We didn’t get clean towels delivered after a day at the beach and had to call several times and go to the front office twice before we were given towels.

: The room was clean, close to the beach, they were large and had a nice balcony, and staff were mostly friendly.
: You can check into this property at 18. However, if you are under 21 you are required to put down an 800 deposit when you check in. This information is not accessible anywhere until after you’re card is charged. I received an email the day before my stay with this information. The deposit is understandable but this information needs to be disclosed prior to booking. It is not shown on their website or anywhere on booking. Also, the bathrooms in the indoor pool (the ones you have access to if your room is not ready upon check in) we’re disgusting.
