  : Our room was clean and fortunately ready early. The gentleman who greeted us when we arrived, as well as the gentleman when we left, were both very quiet and polite. I think some Americans interpreted their respectful attitude as rudeness. Also, because of the plexiglass divider, it was extremely difficult for either of us the hear the other. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the pool was exceedingly clean, and there's a nice picnic table on the lawn under a large shade tree near the pool (you can sit in the shade and still be in contact with friends in the pool).
  : The extraordinarily strong chemical cleaning smell. Even with an air purifier and air conditioning fan running nonstop with the window open for hours, the chemical smell only faded a little. A cleaning solution that doesn't have a strong chemical smell or a hypoallergenic one would be better. Towels were antiseptic clean. One had a small, faded stain, but you could tell that towel was clean and had been "boiled" as much as possible.

  : Room was clean; mattress was comfortable, but shower floor was slippery. Manager was helpful when we had difficulty with the TV.
  : Less slippery shower floor. Everything else was o.k. All in all, we were pleased with our stay.
