: The house is beautiful
: There is no hot water upstairs, shower was extremely cold everyone had to share a bathroom because the water was so cold, I paid 93 dollars for a gas grill and never got it the number they ask you to call do not work no one never answer so you can’t contact no one and there’s no cable

: The townhouse is amazing. The interior decoration is beautiful. Very modern. I love it. Updated. Great amenities. Perfect Memorial Day weekend. Almost each room had a TV.
: The pool is way too small and someone stole the BBQ we rented. Construction is still going on. No game room for kids.

: Location was convenient.
: Linen was soiled or appeared not fresh and perhaps used without washing. The pool heater pump did not heat the pool well and was on a timer that did not fit my schedule. I did not enjoy the pool because of those 2 main reasons. There is one thermostat upstairs that controls the entire house.Difficult means of communication. Questions and complaints not followed up well to may stay easier.Maintenance pool personnel showed up unannounced and was spotted servicing the pool while we were having breakfast.Living room sofa and 2 chairs only seat 5 people but house accommodates many more.

: The refrigerator stunk when I arrived. It needed to be cleaned out more. There was no food in it, but it was not properly sanitized to get rid of the smell.

: I was very disappointed with all the things that need to be fixed, And I couldn't enjoyed my stay at all
: The dinning chairs was broken, The shower heads didn't work in 3 bathrooms There was a huge hole in the wall in one of the bathroom .The pool was not clean, The fridge was dirty, Costumes services are not responding at all .
